INQUIRY

(1)  If you want to order our cloisonne products please write down the item no., description on WebPages and quantity and then e-mail to bylly@bj-art.com   or fax to 86-10-68994998.  We will offer you our prices according to the item no. after we receive your inquiry.  

(2) Please let us know what price do you want?  We may offer you FOB Beijing US$. If you tell us the port of destination we will offer you   CFR ___USD or CIF___ US$ prices.

(3) When you make a inquiry to us, please tell us your contact information, e.g. your name, company name, address, telephone no and fax no and your e-mail.
If we receive a inquiry without the contact information you may not receive our offer as soon as possible. we maybe give up the inquiry or delete it.  We are sorry for it.

CATALOG

We do not forward new customers our products catalog. We are sorry for it  as we have showed our products in our WebPages.  If you have your new idea of products you need please contact with us bylly@bj-art.com  or fax us to 86-10-68994998.   We will talk with you in other way.

SAMPLES

If you want to some samples before order from us. Please tell us the item no. and quantity and colors.  We may deliver new customers some samples. These samples charge must be paid before shipment including airfreight. We may deliver you the sample in about two weeks. For some customers, they want to their new style sample, we may produce it for them if we think it workable in cloisonne making methods.  New sample charges will be negotiated.

PAYMENT

    At present we accept payment be T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C at sight for big quantity.  Payment will be made to the account of our export agent company if you decide to order from us.  The T/T payment will be reach the account of our export agent about three or four days.

SHIPMENT

    We may deliver your order by sea or by air.  We would like to ship your order according to your demand but we must receive your payment before we make the shipment.   

DELIVERY TIME

    General speaking we need one month to produce new order to deliver customers. For some items we have some quantity in stock. So we may deliver to you as  soon as we receive your payment. For special order we will take longer time to produce the order because the cloisonne making period is long.

PACKING

General speaking we pack the order in cartons.   For the shipment by sea we pack the order in one cubic meter carton with pallet. For some country customs do not allow the wood packing into their countries. We think it is the best way to pack the order for shipment by sea. It is good for the safe shipment.   For the air shipment we pack the good in small cartons because it is safe for shipment by air.

ORDER

We would like to sign the SALES CONFIRMATION to confirm the order between the buyers and us(the sellers).  We will fax to you our SALES CONFIRMATION to countersige.
